Regional
Summaries as of December 3, 2004
- Northwest Florida: No alert
- Southwest Florida: No Karenia Brevis
was found along beaches. However, the offshore bloom that has been
reported over the past few weeks is still present and visible from
satellite. Northerly winds are expected which should discourage any
shoreward movement of the bloom. No fish kills or respiratory
problems have been reported at this time. (FWC)
